The normal voltage we used for flexible led strips is DC12V or DC24V.

For DC12V version, we used 3 LEDs as a group. for DC24V version, TOP LED LTD used 6 LEDs as a group. why could not use the lower voltage?  because for each color led, it has the different starting voltage. please see the below for the details.

White LED: 3.0～3.3V

Red LED: 1.8～2.2V

Blue LED: 3.0～3.2V

Green LED: 2.9～3.1V

Yellow LED: 1.8～2.0V
